Knit for Good 2023 Knitathon

On March 18, pledge to spend the day creating and discovering how the work of our hands can connect us to each other!

If you would like to attend our March 18 Webinar Events (see listing here), you can click the "Donate" button at the top or bottom of this page to receive the zoom link for a minimum donation of $25. Everyone donating through any of our Network for Good fundraising campaigns between 2/1 and 3/17 will receive the link via email.

We invite you to create and share a personal fundraising page, where your friends and family can pledge to support how many minutes (or rows) of knitting you complete in one day! Everyone who donates at least $25 to your campaign will also receive a ticket to our webinar events on March 18.

Steps to participate in the Project Knitwell Knitathon:

1. Help support our goal of raising $5,000+ to provide knitting materials and instruction to more people facing stressful circumstances! You can create a personal fundraising page by clicking the Start Fundraising button above and it will guide you through all the steps.
   
   
2. Then share your fundraising page and encourage your friends to sponsor your Knitathon by donating any amount or $1 for every minute you knit on March 18. In addition, everyone who raises at least $300 will receive a Project Knitwell t-shirt!
   
   
3. Give or receive a minimum donation of $25 to receive a free surprise knitting pattern and a ticket to join Project Knitwell via Zoom on March 18 (visit our blog to learn more about the current webinar lineup of exciting guest speakers!). Everyone who donates at least $25 to your campaign will also receive a ticket to our webinar events on March 18.
   
   
4. If you would like to join the webinar events without setting up a fundraising page, simply donate and give $25 through any of our donation links through March 17. The zoom webinar link will be sent to every donor contact. Every ticket supports a full knitting kit!

Starting a fundraiser is easy to do, and it's fun. We'll even give you all the tools you'll need to make a difference. With your help we can provide opportunities for those facing stressful situations to learn to knit and build resilience at the same time. Thank you for your support!

I’m participating in Project Knitwell’s 2023 Knitathon on March 18, 2023! This is a throwback to a school Readathon, but instead of minutes of reading, I will be counting my minutes of knitting! OR for every dollar donated I will knit a row! You can sponsor me here (ADD LINK -copied web address).
